La Marmittière, a charming bed and breakfast located a few minutes from the Château de Chenonceau, welcomes you for a gourmet and friendly experience.

This wine experience includes a tasting of five cheeses accompanied by five wines, as well as a small blind tasting game with a gift card to be won.

Geoffrey Nivard, who previously worked as a cheese supplier for the royal family, will guide guests through the tasting, from each wine-cheese pairing to information on the art of food and wine pairing.

Located in the heart of the magnificent Loire Valley, the castle is a beautifully preserved Renaissance masterpiece, surrounded by vineyards.

After a self-guided tour of the premises, you will have the pleasure of discovering a selection of seasonal cheeses from Meilleur Ouvrier de France cheesemaker Rodolphe Le Meunier, as well as their subtle association with the estate's wines at sunset in the vineyards.

After the tasting, you have the option to take some of the estate's wines home with you.
