The new Chef, Anita Moir, Kiwi* born, now divides her time between catering at
London and France are very comfortable, she assures us, with the creation of vegan dishes but
is equally happy to prepare a casserole with meat, or a cake with eggs.
"As long as I know my ingredients are well sourced, I'm happy to create a meal
with most of them."
Anita describes her cooking as “homely deli style.”
